Does it cost anything to list my space?
No, listing your space on Peerspace is completely free. There are no upfront costs, monthly fees, or hidden charges to create and maintain your listing.
What are the fees?
Peerspace takes a 20% fee on the total value of any booking. We only earn when you do. There are no fees unless a guest books your space.
What kind of spaces can I list?
Almost any kind of space that can host events, productions, or meetings. Popular categories include studios, lofts, rooftops, backyards, restaurants, galleries, warehouses, and more. If people would want to rent it by the hour, it likely has a place on Peerspace.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are sent via direct deposit (ACH) to your bank account. You'll receive payment after each completed booking, typically within a few business days.
How long does it take to get listed?
Once you submit your listing, our team reviews it and you can be activated within 24-48 hours. After that, guests can find and book your space right away.
Do I control my own pricing and availability?
Yes, you have full control. You set your hourly rate, minimum booking hours, available days and times, and any rules or requirements. You can update these anytime from your dashboard.
